Certificate Instructions / Conditions / Ordering

Please read, understand and follow these simple guidelines, before ordering from the Radio Store.

When purchasing certificates, please read each one carefully. The follow conditions are printed on the back of each certificate.

• Bearer will pay any sales tax when redeeming Radio Store certificates.
  
• The Radio Store is open 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday! Closed Saturday & Sunday.
  
• Orders can be placed by telephone 863-534-7283 or fax 863-533-8546! Only one order per call or fax.
  
• We apologize, we cannot accept in-person or walk-in purchasing of Radio Store certificates.
  
• You may purchase one certificate per business per month. In order to maximize exposure for our participating businesses, The Radio Store and/or the business reserve the right to limit your purchase of a specific gift certificate, or to limit specific items on a per-household basis.
  
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  
• Payment is made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards only.
  
• There will be a $2.00 convenience service charge added to each order for delivery.
  
  
• Bearer will comply with any restrictions listed on the front of Radio Store certificates.
  
• Entire value of each Radio Store certificate must be redeemed in one visit. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.
  
• Radio Store certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and must be presented before redemption.
  
• Radio Store certificates are not transferable, and must be redeemed by the person, who's name appears on the certificate.
  
• Radio Store certificates cannot be used with any other certificates or coupons.
  
• Radio Store certificates may not be used as a payment on an account.
  
• Radio Store certificates are available in limited quantities.
  
• Radio Store certificates are mailed the same or next business day. Please allowed 4 to 7 days for delivery.
  
• Radio Store certificates are limited to one per household, per month; unless otherwise noted.

• Business / Merchant may require valid photo identification to redeem Radio Store certificates.
  
• Business / Merchant will be responsible for the collection and payment of any retailer's occupation, "sales", excise or other taxes or governmental impositions on the full retail value of this certificate.
  
• In case of disputes The Radio Store reserves the right to refund any money given for the certificate. Bearer agrees that any and all damages shall be limited to any money given for the certificate.
  
• In the case of restaurant Radio Store certificates, only one Radio Store certificate can be redeemed per table.
  
• In the case of restaurant Radio Store certificates, bearer agrees to leave a fair tip of a minimum of 15% for their server based on the FULL RETAIL VALUE of the check for the meal.
  
• The Radio Store is not liable/responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen orders via the mail.
  
• The Radio Store reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.
  
• The Radio Store reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation privileges of any person found to be in violation of these conditions or other policies which it may establish from time to time.

TIPPING, TAXES, CHANGE
When using a certificate at a restaurant or business where tipping is appropriate, please make sure that you leave a tip! Customers are reminded that tips are not a part of the certificate and one of the conditions of the purchase is to leave the server an adequate tip...a minimum of 15% of the entire amount of the check. Failure to abide by this condition will result in the loss of restaurants available in the Radio Store.

No change will be given if you fail to use the entire amount of the certificate. No exceptions. All taxes are the responsiblity of customer.

EXPIRATION DATES
All certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any expired certificates and we are not able to extend any expiration date. No refunds/exchanges will be given on any certificates you have received for free. No exceptions.

LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED & EXPIRED CERTIFICATES
Lost, stolen, mutilated, and expired certificates are treated just like cash. Once you take possession of a certificate you are responsible for its safety and well-being. Certificates cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Keep them in a safe place until you are ready to use them.

RESTRICTIONS
All certificates are subject to certain restrictions or conditions. These restrictions must be observed. We encourage you to try different businesses and not to use a certificate every time you visit a given business. Before purchasing a certificates please review them or ask a Radio Store associate to explain any restrictions. When possible, please try to spend above and beyond the value of the certificate.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If an unexpired certificate does not work, we will exchange it for another certicate in the amount for which you paid for it. For example, in the case of a $10 certificate, for which you paid $5, you would be credited $5 towards the purchase of another certificate, or you can request a refund of the purchase price.

SPREAD THE WORD!
When possible, take the time to write a letter to the Owner/Manager letting them know your experience and how much you appreciate their participation in the Radio Store. If you are a new customer to that business inform them that you heard about their business through the Radio Store.

Also, be sure to tell your friends and family members about all of the fantasic deals from great area businesses available through the Radio Store.
