I have a 1998 Evinrude 8hp 2 stroke tiller outboard I’m looking to get rid of. Bought it for my 12ft boat but decided to get something bigger. It will need the pull start rebuilt or replaced (Coil spring inside is no longer inside of it). I did have it running with a drill but never had it out on the water. Was told it had a newer carb and water pump but no clue if it’s true. Bring a drill and fuel if you wanna hear it run. Everything else on it works as it should. Nothing is seized up or broken as far as I can tell. Comes with the engine stand pallet if you want it. No fuel tank or lines. Asking $250 or trade for jon boat trailer, Jon boat, tools, yeti cooler, or open to any other reasonable trade offer. Located in Lakeland near Saddle Creek.
