W elcome to the WBF Radio Store! If you are a new shopper, congratulations on your participation at The WBF Radio Store. If you are a frequent shopper, thank you for your patronage and continued support. To make your shopping experience easier, safer and more convienent, we have developed the following guidelines. The WBF Radio Store must be a WIN - WIN - WIN situation between the retailer, the radio station and YOU the listener.
*What is the WBF Radio Store?* The WBF Radio Store was developed to save you money on on a wide variety of everyday items like restaurants, golfing, oil changes, and many more; from some of your favorite local business and merchants. All the WBF Radio Store Certificates are sold at half of the retail value. You $AVE 50% on every purchase! *How does it work?* $aving money at the WBF Radio Store is very easy. Here is the way shopping at the WBF Radio Store works: You can purchase a $10 retail value certificate for Mike's Fine Foods Restaurant at the half price of $5. Take your certificate to Mike's Fine Foods Restaurant, and redeem it for the full retail value of $10. This means the first $10 of your bill is paid for with the certificate. It's that simple. No special days, no special times, no special items. All the WBF Radio Store certificates work just that simple!	*When can I buy certificates?* The WBF Radio Store accepts orders by telephone or fax, Monday through Friday, 8:30a to 4:30p. Sorry we cannot accept in-person or walk-in purchasing of certificates. For your convenience we will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or your bank debit card. There will be a 10% convenience service charge added to each order (minimum 50 cents/maximum $2.00) for mail delivery. Your order will be processed quickly and your certificates will arrive by mail within a few days, making your shopping even easier, you never have to leave your home, your certificates come right to your door. Please read and follow these simple guidelines: CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS / CONDITIONS When purchasing certificates, please read each one carefully. The follow conditions are printed on the back of each certificate. Bearer will pay sales tax when redeeming certificates. Bearer will comply with any restrictions listed on the front of certificates. Entire certificate must be redeemed in one visit. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN. The certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and must be presented before redemption. The certificates cannot be used with any other certificates or coupons. The certificates may not be used as a payment on an account. Advertiser will be responsible for the collection and payment of any retailer's occupation, "sales", excise or other taxes or governmental impositions on the full retail value of this certificate. In case of disputes The Radio Store reserves the right to refund any money given for the certificate. Bearer agrees that any and all damages shall be limited to any money given for the certificate. In the case of restaurant certificates, bearer agrees to leave a fair tip of a minimum of 15% for their server based on the FULL RETAIL VALUE of the check for the meal. The Radio Store reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation privileges of any person found to be in violation of these conditions or other policies which it may establish from time to time. Please Note: You may purchase one certificate per business per month. In order to maximize exposure for our participating businesses, we and/or the business reserve the right to limit your purchase of a specific gift certificate, or to limit specific items on a per-household basis. The WBF Radio Store is not liable/responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen orders via the mail. TIPPING, TAXES, CHANGE When using a certificate at a restaurant or business where tipping is appropriate, please make sure that you leave a tip! Customers are reminded that tips are not a part of the certificate and one of the conditions of the purchase is to leave the server an adequate tip...a minimum of 15% of the entire amount of the check. Failure to abide by this condition will result in the loss of restaurants available in the WBF Radio Store. No change will be given if you fail to use the entire amount of the certificate. No exceptions. All taxes are the responsiblity of customer. EXPIRATION DATES All certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any expired certificates and we are not able to extend any expiration date. No refunds/exchanges will be given on any certificates you have received for free. No exceptions. LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED & EXPIRED CERTIFICATES Lost, stolen, mutilated, and expired certificates are treated just like cash. Once you take possession of a certificate you are responsible for its safety and well-being. Certificates cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Keep them in a safe place until you are ready to use them. RESTRICTIONS All certificates are subject to certain restrictions or conditions. These restrictions must be observed. We encourage you to try different businesses and not to use a certificate every time you visit a given business. Before purchasing gift certificates please review them or ask a WBF Radio Store associate to explain any restrictions. When possible, please try to spend above and beyond the value of the gift certificate. EXCHANGE POLICY If an unexpired certificate does not work, we will exchange it for another certicate in the amount for which you paid for it. For example, in the case of a $10 certificate, for which you paid $5, you would be credited $5 towards the purchase of another certificate, or you can request a refund of the purchase price. SPREAD THE WORD! When possible, take the time to write a letter to the Owner/Manager letting them know your experience and how much you appreciate their participation in the WBF Radio Store. If you are a new customer to that business inform them that you heard about their business through the WBF Radio Store. Also, be sure to tell your friends and family members about all of the fantasic deals from great area businesses available through the WBF Radio Store.
